FMV announced 2024-12-16 A procurement for the procurement of fire conducting ability through LUF's negotiated procedure in two steps (see Strategy 1012728). After reviewing and evaluation of tender applications found fMV that only one tender applicant had qualified and decided to cancel the procurement as a result of lack of competition. The need that it cancel the procurement would have met remains and FMV intends to advertise a new procurement to promote competition in the area.
