- The purpose of the procurement is to sign a framework agreement with a supplier that can meet the Armed Forces with services in advertising and market communication (the service).
The Armed Forces are seeking a supplier for its extensive and composite needs for services in advertising and market communication, in first and foremost regarding external market communication. The service covers a wide range of services from strategic communication counseling and brand issues to project management and planning as well as production and insight work. In addition, the entire spectrum from large integrated advertising campaigns to individuals Film productions, relationship -driven (CRM) communication efforts and continuous advertising in different types of digital channels.
