Description: ALP is a key component of Sweden's congestion tax system that enables an efficient and safe recognition of vehicles. The procurement refers to the rights of use of license for ALP software for automatic recording number identification number. The procurement also relates to technical support and consulting support for its own development of the current software during the contract period.

. Technical conditions on the Swedish Transport Agency mean that the ALP software will run in a Windows-based Paas service in our Azurestack. See more detailed requirements in section 5.
