Description:
The purpose of the procurement is to sign a framework agreement to cover the Customer's need for technical consultants regarding Architectural Services. Upphandlingen omfattar utförande av enskilda konsultuppdrag inom specifika projekt av varierande storlek inom såväl mindre som major projects of new production, extensions, maintenance and/or remodeling as well as minor tenant adaptations and extensions within the entire Customer's property portfolio. The tasks can refer to all of the stages of the construction process, for example; planning process, feasibility study, program stage, system stage, construction stage, relational stage, planning, production, construction stage, drawings of existing buildings, handover and warranty management, management stage as well as related consulting services with successive calls when needs arise in the day-to-day operations.
