Description: This is an authorization system for collecting recycled paper from apartment buildings and operations and not a dynamic purchasing system.
. Scope
. The client estimates that the total value of the authorization per year, calculated as all authorized entrepreneur's total turnover as a result of the authorization, including standard replacement from the provision of collected recycled paper, amounts to SEK 2,900,000 (download about SEK 2,000,000 per year and the material calculated as a template of SEK 800 per ton gives about SEK 900,000).
. The request includes a non-exclusive right for authorized entrepreneur to enter into account for real estate collection (FNI) of recycled paper with return paper relief within Norrköping municipality. Authorized entrepreneur shall provide collection and transport to the transhipment location of recycled paper and provide recycled paper vessels. The collection takes place via vessel emptying.
