Extent
Collaboration contract regarding projecting, erecting and preparing fully finished functioning ice cream parlors with associated functions such as cafe, serving area, changing rooms, staff spaces, exercise rooms and administration spaces, technology spaces, communication areas and outdoor construction work in the contracting area according to the procurement documents.
The contract also includes the required Work in neighborhood land and public land as well as traffic and access measures that are linked to the construction.
The contract includes all required work and deliveries, both temporary for the execution of the contract and for the ice halls and other facilities' preparation in Fully completed, operational and sustainable condition for the purpose in accordance with the contract documents and with a quality in execution and materials that, in the case of expected use that the ice halls provide an accepted technical life for each building part or material.
