• Collection of packaging and returnable paper from apartment buildings and communities The assignment includes collection of packaging and returnable paper, in bins, containers and underground containers from apartment buildings and the like. By apartment buildings and the like is meant all customers who, in accordance with the current waste tariff, can sign a subscription according to apartment buildings (e.g. condominium associations, communities and the like) or have a common waste solution where four-compartment bins are not possible and consist of households, i.e. properties which consists of special housing where the residents are listed on the site. The assignment includes collection and transport of: Plastic packaging Paper packaging Metal packaging Colored glass packaging Clear glass packaging Return paper From 1 January 2027 it is legal requirement to have packaging collection close to the property for all households in Sweden. The customer will also offer property owners the opportunity to choose to sort waste paper close to the property. When the contract starts has a number properties in Lerum municipality already full or partial collection of packaging and returnable paper. During the contract period, until 1 January 2027, when the legal requirement comes into force, the collection of packaging and returnable paper from properties that miss this. The services in the assignment must be performed with personnel, vehicles, equipment and materials provided through the tenderer's responsibility and care.
