General part
The purpose of the procurement is to develop the authority's communication together with the Employment Service in collaboration with one or two suppliers. The goal is that this cooperation can contribute to the authority reaching a greater extentgoals and strengthens the confidence of the Employment Service. For the next few years, we see three main focus areas for the communication business that the job seekers know the obligations that are the basis for being entitled to unemployment benefits but also their opportunities to receive support and service.That more employers know and use the employment support that exists and that they thus recruit people who are further from the labor market. That the authority's mission is clear. Employees must understand the authority's priorities and assignments. The same goes for the surrounding community.In order to meet the above assignments, the Employment Service needs to procure framework agreements with one or two framework contract suppliers.
Requirements on the supplier
