• The procurement concerns the provision of a comprehensive service of printed mailing of community information. Lund's municipal organization consists of eleven administrations that work in different ways with the development of their service towards their roughly 130,000 residents. When the Municipality must inform affected residents and businesses about an upcoming event, disturbance or other social information, addressed mailings are a safe channel. In order for the recipient to have time to prepare for a possible disruption, the information must reach its addressee in what is perceived to be sufficient time.
  The service refers to physical mailings of community information that are not enveloped.
  The framework agreement does not cover: Enveloped digital and physical mailing services.
