Description:
The framework agreement includes Varnamo Municipality and Varnamo Energi's need for construction mask services for, among other things, ground and street work including drivers. To be mainly carried out on a current account after call -off, with compensation for time spent on the assignments based on agreed hourly prices.

The assignments refer to both lessassignments, planned assignments and emergency events such as water leaks. In January 2026, on and off -establishment can be made in collaboration for a smooth possible transition.

For Varnamo Municipality's part applies to the below roof volumes:
Vehicles and MachinesMaximum roof value is SEK 115 million for the contract period.

For Varnamo Energi's part, the stated roof volumes below:
vehicles and machines The maximum roof value is SEK 5.6 million for the contract period. If the roof volume is reachedeffect. The buyer is entitled to early termination of the agreement on the roof volume risks being exceeded during the contract period, this with three (3) months notice period.
