- The framework agreement shall include a set range of personal computers with accessories and product-related services, for recurring calls during the agreement period.
Personal computers refer to laptops, desktop computers, chromebooks, tablets, etc. Smaller printers (not so-called MFPs) must be included in this agreement. Med accessories refer to, for example, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, cables, etc. Product-related services include service, warranty, preparation, storage, etc.
Circular take-back (reconditioning, recycling or reuse) of end-of-life digital devices must be offered within the agreement. The agreementcan be developed with more and/or new products during the contract period based on needs and consultation with the contract's customers.
