• Nybro municipality invites you to tender digital locks with key management. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the conditions specified in this request document including appendices. This procurement covers Nybro municipality's need for a digital locking system for interventions in ordinary housing, such as home care, security alarms, LSS, municipal health care and the like, as well as medicine cabinets for home health care and special housing. The intention is that staff, who can represent several different contractors, using a digital solution must gain access to the users' apartments and homes and provide for safe medication management. The procurement aims to reach an agreement which essentially includes a possible initial delivery of goods, installation, commissioning and training in in connection with the introduction and ongoing support, updates, licenses and the possibility of additional purchases during the contract period. The procurement refers to the delivery and installation of locking units and medicine cabinets including the necessary components as well as installation and commissioning of software and support for all units within the municipality. The procurement includes: In the municipality of Nybro, the procurement includes approximately 1,450 locks for residential doors, laundry room doors, garbage room doors, entrance doors and lock cylinders for existing medicine cabinets.
