Description:
Nykoeping Municipality and Oxeloesund Municipality have for more than ten years, within the IT area, a joint service committee, where Nykoeping Municipality is a so-called host municipality and is the contracting authority. The procurement encompasses were sold both municipalities, Nykoepings-Oxeloesund's Water Agency, Kustbostader andOxeloe Energi Aktiebolag.
Nykoeping Municipality's agreement regarding digital services for conference rooms and multimedia class rooms expire and a new agreement therefore needs to be procured. Current agreements include a life cycle management where planning of services is administered by the IT department in Nykoeping MunicipalityTogether with the agreed supplier who subsequently performs the actual exchange in consultation with current operations. Ownership and maintenance of the products is within the scope of the service provider's responsibility. With this solution, the IT department will offer the operations complete and standardizedFunction packages that include all equipment and service needed in the area.
