Dynamic purchasing system (DIS) for Technical consultants
Swedavia AB establishes a DIS to select suppliers in advance who will be allowed to participate in procurements regarding certain disciplines within the category of Technical consultants.

The following disciplines are relevant
- Project Manager
- Construction Manager
- Project Managerdare
- Project Engineer
- BAS-P
- BAS-U
- Installation Coordinator

Respective procurement going out through the system will have the following award criteria:
The economically advantageous tender will be accepted. The tender with the best price/quality ratio or lowest price will att is assumed.

For the application for admission to the system, the supplier must register on e-Avrop Registration and the application is free of charge for the supplier. Description of the qualification process and mandatory requirements can be found on e-Avrop.
The project manager leads and is responsible for time, scope and budget forr the assigned task/project. The project manager is responsible for project planning, communication with stakeholders, risk management and follow-up of the objectives, including quality, time, cost, scope, environmental impact and safety. The project manager runs the project/assignment from project order tooperation handover according to Swedavia's control model for the construction process.
