• CSN needs to sign a contract with an invoice-issuing bank regarding the "e-invoice to internet bank" service. The e-invoice to internet bank service includes the presentation of e-invoices to invoice recipients in the presenting bank and the option for invoice recipient to register and deregister e-invoice notification. Payment by e-invoice is available for CSN's customers with student loan debt or chargeback debts. CSN's customers with home equipment loans and driver's license loans do not have that option Presentation of e-invoice takes place in the bill recipient's presenting bank. Presentation must take place no later than the banking day after the invoice presenter has sent the document on behalf of CSN to the invoice issuing bank's reception point (today procured via Parajett Digital Solutions AB). When the invoice recipient has received "paid" and a link to the location where CSN has chosen to store e-invoices, the invoice recipient approves the e-invoice and payment is thereby made. When the invoice recipient approves the e-invoice, the payment goes through the regular payment flow (OCR). E-invoice to internet bank CSN needs to sign a contract with an invoice-issuing bank regarding the "e-invoice to internet bank" service.
