The contract consists of renovation of 138 apartments distributed on two house bodies on the propertyThe stick 12 with the addresses Ekangsgatan 29-39 and Soedermalmsallen 4a --10b.
Kitchen, bathroom and WC become brand new and other rooms within the apartment surface layer renovated. New windows, window doors and tambourine doors. New electrical, heating and water installations as well as new exhaust air fans on the outer roofs. The sub -centerrenovated. A smaller culvert between the house bodies is replaced. Both work with culverts, UC and window replacement must be planned so that heat can be ensured to residual tenants and before new stage -wise moves. Tenants will be evacuated stairwell while work is ongoing and then move backWhen work is done. 24 apartments may be evacuated at the same time. Start of renovation is done on Ekangsgatan 29.
