Description:
The object concerns the construction of a new office building with associated outdoor environment within the Acusticum area i Piteå, on the property Stadsön 9:4, Akustikgränd 8. The building covers approximately 4,000 m² gross area and must house office premises with associated common areas spaces. Included in the contract also new sub-central in existing adjacent building 3. The contract includes all construction, installation and ground work, including installation of solar cell system and ground heating system for the property energy supply. The contract is carried out as a performance contract according to AB 04.
