- The procurement refers to the client's need for bread/pallets, sandwich cakes, salads, pastries, cakes, etc.
The supplier should have an assortment that at least includes fresh bread/pallets, dry and soft cookies and pastries/cakes. It is desirable that the supplier can also cover the client's need for finishedSalads, ready -made sandwiches with toppings and sandwich cakes. The supplier should be able to offer alternatives for special diet (gluten/lactose/milk protein/sugar/nut-free by several)
the supplier should be able to offer pick-up/delivery according to any of the following options. Read more under paragraph 1.3.2.
Options1: Only store with pick -up of goods
Option 2: Only the collection of goods (with renewable fuels) for fixed fee
Option 3: Both stores with goods collection and collection of goods (with renewable fuels) for fixed fee
For the supplier's knowledge also has the client also internal cateringthrough the diet unit where similar goods may be purchased.
The client estimates the total purchase volume per year at SEK 1,200,000.
