Description:
The procurement includes work to carry out repairs, maintenance and installations in the municipality of Karlshamn and the properties and facilities of the specified municipal companies. Orders/calls will consist of service tasks, repairs and various forms of smaller contracts.

Customern cannot guarantee any volume and the scope can vary greatly from year to year.
The assignments primarily include installations, commissioning, creation of builder's certificate, modification of drawings, troubleshooting, alarm transmitters, evacuation alarms, spoken evacuation alarms, fire alarms, repairs, where battery changesshall be included. Tasks may only be carried out by a contractor who holds a technology agreement for the existing central type.
Tasks that may be requested, in addition to those previously mentioned, are:
. Correcting remarks from audit inspection on order
. Updating software,
. Taking status on anlthe egging suggest maintenance,
. LCC and update of the system. Update documentation on order.
. Provide equipment for testing and control records
. Fault reporting where actions are initiated within the agreed time frame during office hours.
