- The new Karolinska Solna project is a central part of one of the largest investments in health care ever in the Stockholm region. The framework agreement includes that the consultant as a general consultant is essentially available in terms of architect, design leader, designer, fire consultant,Electricity projector and plumbing projector for individual calls regarding assignments within the hospital environment on the terms set out in the framework agreement and each order letter. The framework agreement itself does not include any consulting assignment, but for each individual assignment, written order letter is required in accordance with whatstated in the framework agreement.
