Procurement of a maximum of 4 framework contract suppliers (ranking) for contract periods of a maximum of 4 years for a call manager, construction manager and control manager for projects at the municipalities Mora, Orsa, Alvdalen and Vansbro where the client wishes that the key competence for the consultants is in the area of buildings.

everyTenderers (and potential framework contract supplier) must specify in their tender:
* 3 Names of consultants must be stated as project manager (distributed on 3 different competence levels)
* 3 Names on consultants must be stated as construction manager (distributed on 3 different skills levels)
* 2 names shall be stated as controller. (Distributed on2 different levels of competence)
