- The real estate office in the city of Stockholm wishes to inform with this preliminary announcement about an upcoming procurement of a framework agreement for shelter measures. Advertising will probably take place during February.
The procurement refers to the framework agreement for shelter measures for shelters in the Property Office's property portfolio. In FaThe property holdings of the Stighetskontoret are today:
- Normal shelters approx. 20 pcs
- Shelters in the mountains approx. 40 pcs (from approx. 400 sq m - 16,000 sq m).
The authority for social protection and preparedness, MSB, has as its mission to carry out shelter room checks and supervision of these . This framework agreement includes, among other things, they actioner that must be carried out in connection with and after the controls and carry out measures linked to these.
The agreement must also include consulting assistance and any help with measures in connection with interventions in the shelter's frame that affect the shelter's function and to enable access before an inspection.
