Description:
This procurement is carried out by Vellinge Municipality, BR Real Estate Org no. 212000-1033 and Vellinge Municipal Local AB 556180-4252, joint the client. These comprise approximately 220,000 sqm.
Framework AgreementsTo be subscribed with up to nine (9) contractors in three (3) trade areas.

For the contract work, fixed hourly prices are applied as follows:
Service assignments:
Electrician: SEK 600
Security technician: SEK 700
Construction worker: SEK 575
VVS engine: 650 SEK: Planned: Electricity:KR
Construction workers: SEK 675
VVS installer: SEK 750
