Vaermdoe municipality is one of the country's fastest growing municipalities, with approximately 46,000 inhabitants and approximately 10,000 children and students.
The municipality has identified a need to modernize HCM systems.
Vaermdoe municipality intends to procure a user-friendly, simple and clear system.

Describe our missionand where we want to achieve.
The system must support Vaermdoe Municipality's processes based on a system's standard functionality, at the same time enabling the development and streamlining of working methods and processes through automation where possible with the help of effective basic functionality but also of AIr this can create added value.
The solution must include efficient, safe and effective functions which in some parts are unique for a municipal operation.
The system must, in its basic functionality, be configured so that laws, rules and standards within the HCM area for a municipal operation are followed andh is kept updated overtime and at no extra cost.
