Description:
The procurement includes LIU's need for interior design services. The current agreement for interior design services expires in the autumn of 2025 and LiU continues to need the services. LiU's real estate department (FA) has overall responsibility for local management and local planning issuesand is the client of all interior design assignments performed at LiU. The goal of the business is for premises and campus environments to help make Liu attractive to students and LIU's employees. Local costs must be kept at a reasonable level through active local resource management so that resourcesreleased to the core business. Within the framework of FA's assignment, handling of interior issues within LiU is included. LiU rents premises for education, research and administration - distributed as below: - Campus Valla, Linkoeping - 170 400 sqm - Campus US, Linkoeping - 50 100 sqm - Campus Norrkoeping - 49 600 sqm- Other incl. Carl Malmsten Furniture Studies, Campus Lidingoe - 6,500 sqm of current situation and assessment of needs during the next contract period: LiU has in recent years implemented some major local projects in existing premises and newly built properties. Continuously also occurs relocations of operationswithin and between the premises in mainly Linkoeping and Norrkoeping, which causes redistributions of premises, renovations and possible extensions.
