Description:
For several years now, the city of Vasteras has chosen to outsource the operation of its IT infrastructure, IT service and support, IT workplace and IT operation to external suppliers. The current agreement expires in September 2026 and the city of Vasteras therefore needs to procure a new agreement.
The procurement covers 3 areas, but will result in only one (1) Agreement:
1. IT service and support (ITSOS)
2. IT Workplace (ITA)
3. IT Operations (ITD)
IT infrastructure services (ITSOS, ITA, ITD)
