Description:
IT support solution for warehouse and logistics. The procurement is divided into two tender areas: Tender area 1 - Lager and Tender area 2 - Logistics.
It is possible to submit tenders in tendering area 1 and/or tender area 2. Each tender area is evaluated separately and has each agreement.
Uppsala municipality is in needof a municipal -wide solution for warehouse management. The purpose is to
streamline and follow up the municipality's internal flows of goods and information - from reception and
registration of goods to picking, packing and labeling. The solution is to support the handling of
stocked goods on an effectiveway.
Two main activities are currently covered:
- Transport service, which is responsible for a central consumption layer and coordinated commodity distribution to
the municipality's various activities.Looking for a standard solution that is flexible, developable and can be integrated with our existing
systems, such as Visma Proceedo (e-commerce) and Unit4 ERP (finance). Features such as picking, packing,
labeling, purchasing, traceability, invoicing, inventory, credit and handling of returns need
supportin the system.
Uppsala Municipality is looking for a system solution for handling the municipality's coordinated goods distribution
