Collaboration consists in jointly ensuring function, accessibility and development of these products and services, Where great emphasis is placed on sustainable handling.
The supplier must handle the following services:
. Onsite support
. Life cycle management
. Client management - as well as purchases of computers with accessories
In the scenario where the region has been procured at a supplier, Region Varmland will continue Being responsible for the business and being a client/requirements for the supplier, but the region will not handle the ongoing "everyday" handling of these three (3) areas.
The region sees this solution as an opportunity for Region Varmland to be able to focus less on the ongoing operation and incident management and more on proactivity and development of the needs of the business in the IT workplace area.
