- Orust municipality procures a framework agreement regarding the purchase and leasing of products for IT workplaces as well as associated services for the municipality's employees.
The purpose is to ensure a cost-effective, sustainable and needs-adapted range of IT-related products and services that support the municipality's digitalwork environment. During the contract period, adopted supplier shall actively cooperate with the municipality to develop and streamline the entire life cycle-from order to phasing out.
By IT workplaces is meant products within the product categories below:
• Portable and desktop computers
• Reading plates
• Messages
•Audio and Video Products (AV) for distance work and for work and conference rooms
The entire supplier's range must be included in the agreement.
The assignment also includes services such as:
• Advice on selection of equipment
• Exchange of computer equipment
• Handling in connection with scrapping
• Theft label
• Guarantee managementand related services
tenders must be submitted on the entire assignment as stated in the procurement basis.
The total estimated value of the procurement is approximately SEK 10,000,000. No volumes or calls are guaranteed.
Framework agreement will apply from the contract signing, however at the earliest from itSeptember 1, 2025, until August 31, 2029.
