Description:
Orust Municipality procures a framework agreement regarding the purchase and leasing of products for IT workplaces and associated services for the municipality's employees.
The purpose is to ensure a cost-effective, sustainable and needs-adapted range of IT-related products and services that support the municipality's digital work environment. During the contract period, adopted supplier must actively cooperate with the municipality to develop and streamline the entire life cycle - from order to phase -out.
IT workplaces mean products within the product categories below:
• Portable and desktop computers
• Reading boards
• monitors
• Audio and Video Products (off) for distance work as well as for work and conference rooms
The entire supplier's range should be included in the agreement.
The assignment also includes services such as:
• Advice on selection of equipment
• Exchange of computer equipment
• Handling associated with scrapping
• Theft marking
• Warranty handling and related services
No volumes or calls are guaranteed.
The framework agreement will apply from the contract signing, however at the earliest from the September 1, 2025, until 31 August 2029.
Framework agreements will be signed with one (1) supplier.
