Description:
The Police Authority plans to procure a landlord for re-or new construction of a police house and a seizure room in Helsingborg. Please note that this is not a tender invitation. All information in this advertisement may be subject to changes up to advertising the procurement.
BACKGROUND
The procurement Refers to procurement of the design, implementation and lease agreements that will meet the police authority's need for landlords and the builder for re-or new construction of police houses and a seizure room in Helsingborg.
Assignment in this project consists of that for the Police Authority:
• act landlord and Long -term manage the police house and the seizure room in Helsingborg.
• Complete the procurement of/contracting projectors.
• In collaboration with the Police Authority, design renovation or new construction.
• Complete the procurement of/contracting a construction contractor.
• be the builder during the contracting period and Responsible for all permits including detailed planning issues, building permit documents and providing a building permit process.
All of the above must be done in consultation and close cooperation with the Police Authority.
New police house as well as a fittings in Helsingborg
The buildings are estimated to comprise a total of approximately 45,000 sqm of loa, distributed at about 25,000 sqm Loa for the police house and about 20,000 square meters of LOA for the seizure room. The police house will include offices, meeting rooms, storage rooms, parking garages, exercise and changing rooms.
