- Nykoeping Municipality intends to have long-term cooperation with a supplier that together with the municipality can build up ongoing leadership and employee development, where the purpose is to strengthen managers in leading a trust-based in accordance with the municipality's values, behavioral criteria and values.
the assignmentincludes providing and conducting an adapted leadership training to Nykoeping Municipality's managers and key persons (team leaders/group leaders/HR Partners etc.) of a total of about 250 people.Up, coach and feedback, which in turn creates commitment to the employees. During the training, participants will also learn how to identify success factors for the team, diagnose obstacles and create an action plan for the development of the team.
The dialogue in the teacher -led modules should be able toAdapted to the participants' hierarchical level (the grouping will preferably be based on the hierarchical level to which the manager/key person belongs to).
EV can be a full day, in which all participants participate, used as a start to the teacher -led part of the program.
