The Swedish Agricultural Agency invites you to submit tenders for local maintenance at the Swedish Agricultural Agency's regional office.
The procurement is divided into four (4) regional offices with one office in the following areas:
- Crowd
- Uppsala
- Soederhamn
- Linkoeping

The Swedish Agricultural Agency invites you to leave tender for housekeeping at the Swedish Agricultural Agency's regional office.
The procurement is divided into four (4) regional offices with one office in the following areas:
- Crowd
- Uppsala
- Soederhamn
- Linkoeping
The assignment includes housekeeping services for office premises, meeting rooms, lunch/coffee rooms, toilets, etc. Besides daily/continuous cleaning as it should be done, floor care, general cleaning, window cleaning, emptying garbage, changing/washing of dish and terry towels and entrance rugs.
The total area that must have regular housekeeping according to procurement documents with attachments is approx. 780 square meters.
In the procurement document shall supplier quote a total price per quarter for daily/ continuous cleaning including floor care, general cleaning, window cleaning, waste disposal, changing/washing of dish and terry towels and entrance mats. All costs must be included in the price. No other costs may be added.
Major cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, replacement of entrance mats and washing of curtains must be planned and approved in consultation with the contact person at the local office.
