- Region Vasternorrland, as coordinator for four additional regions, intends to procure maintenance, support and consulting services for the NCS Cross business system as well as options for related products and integrations. The options are designed to give the participating regions flexibility. The goal is to ensure the operation of the entire technical environment around NCS Cross during the decommissioning period.
The system is classified as a medical device (class IIb) and is in a decommissioning phase, as the regions are implementing a new record system.
The purpose of the procurement is to ensure stable and safe operation during this transition period.
