- At the request of the County Administrative Board in Vaestmanland County, SGU has taken on the leadership role for investigations at the collection object Nedre Skaersjoen, Skinnskatteberg Municipality, Vaestmanland County. In 2023, SGU was granted grant funds to develop a mass balance for surface water that passes Nedre Skaersjoen. Purposeet with the surveys is to provide an initial basis for assessing the need for measures in surface water and to prepare for further surveys of the lake itself.
