- Ekerö Municipality intends to procure the purchase of meeting equipment, AV equipment and digital screens. The procurement includes products and services in the audio and video field and must satisfy Ekerö Municipality's needs for meeting equipment, AV technology and digital information screens and services for these. The needs are linked to both new and existing equipment in meeting and conference rooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, sports facilities and health and care environments, etc. Contract period The contract period is provisional from 2026-06-15 until 2028-06-14. If Ekerö Municipality does not terminate the agreement no later than three (3) months before it expires, it is automatically extended by one (1) plus one (1) year. Value The estimated value of the procurement is SEK 4,000,000 for the entire contract period. Timetable Ekerö municipality plans to award the procurement in May 2026.
