Description:
The administration for work, competence and welfare must procure a new operating system.
Scope
During 2021, an organizational change was made regarding the administrations in Kristinehamn municipality. What was previously the Social Administration was split and the Support, Care and Care Administration was formed insteadgen (SVO) (elderly care, HSL and LSS) and the Work, Competence and Welfare Administration (AKV).
Some time before the division, an investigation was made into financial aid, labor market initiatives, adult education and the area of integration. This investigation resulted in a merger of these areas toltogether with the traditional individual and family care parts, which formed AKV.
Today, the remaining parts of the administration have the operational system Pulsen Combine, with the exception of the labor market parts that use the AMEA system.
AKV currently consists of roughly 200 employees who need anew operating system.
