- ADDA Insert Central AB is a purchasing center for municipalities, regions and their joint committees and companies. The Purchasing Center conducts coordinated procurement and partly enters into its own name intended for other contracting authorities, and partly conduct public procurement as agents for several contractsauthorities.
The contract refers to framework agreements for the call of operation and maintenance of traffic signal facilities in the following geographical areas:
Norrtalje municipality
Varmdoe municipality
Sundbyberg city
Upplandsbro municipality
tenders must be submitted on the entire procurement.
The procurement includes supervision, care and planned andremedial maintenance of traffic signal facilities. The assignments include supervisory reduction with semi-and full-year intervals including certain remediation and planned maintenance of traffic signal facilities. The framework agreement also includes minor new construction and or redevelopment of traffic signal facilities.
New construction of traffic signal in connection with the exploitation and expansion of road networks and occupancy work in connection with work on traffic signal facilities is not included in this procurement.

Framework agreement will be concluded with a (1) winning tenderer. Tenders must be submitted on the entire framework agreement. Framework agreements are signed between the supplier and the purchasing center. Eligible as below:
