customer documents.
In forthcoming procurement documents requested services are specified in detail, in this

- Layout of invoices and requirements/reminders
- Creation of PDF files
- Production and distribution of E-invoices private and E-invoices company including
CTD service and invoice hosting
- Management of attachments as sent with invoices (Printed and/or printeda)
- Envelopes
- Production and distribution of EDI invoices (Svefaktura)
- Production and distribution of PDF invoices via e-mail
- Storage and functionality for displaying invoices for e.g. customer service, with
layout identical to invoices shown to customer.
- Postage optimization / Postage consolidation
- Distribution of paper invoices
- Possible archiving of old invoice image files (from previous supplier)
