Description:
Procurement of contracts for partnering leaders Renovation of Gullmarsborg's swimming pool and option on call for partnering management of the school project at the Gullmars area.process. For more details, see the tender documentation

Gullmarsborg's swimming pool is a central part of the municipality's sports and leisure activities but has reached its technical life. The facility, which is over 50 years old, has undergone a technical status assessment showing the need for extensive renovationsin order to ensure continued operation.
The contract will be implemented as a total contract according to ABT 06 with the collaboration form partnering, where phase 0 includes procurement by contractor. When the contractor is in place, Phase 1 starts immediately, where planning and calculation takes place in collaboration.

Option onEntrepreneur new construction school in the Gullmars area. The new school will be designed according to modern educational requirements, where functions such as residential structure, special rooms, gym, dining room and library are central.
Since the school is built in a place where an existing school is in operation, the project must be plannedwith carefully designed stage division, safety and logistics.
The project requires a new detailed plan, to be developed and adopted before construction can start. During phase 0, the contractor should be involved from the start and lead investigations, consulting and simplifyingDetail plan work.
