By 2030, Skelleftea's new hospital is clear, and the hospital's goal image is to establish situational workflows that are orchestrated in real timeFor a smart and conscious handling of care. Here, residents and healthcare professionals work together to create the best possible patient experience.
In parallel with this long -term vision, Region Vasterbotten has immediate need to procure medical technology systems for:
• Pumps
• Ventile
•Patient Monitoring
The region today has a county-wide system for patient monitoring, consisting of bed space monitors, mobile devices, central monitoring and the necessary IT infrastructure. The system has reached its life expectancy, and several critical components have stopped being manufactured. Within a few yearsthe system will also stop being supported. The proposed exchange plan takes into account patient flows, cost dissemination and a coherent introduction period, where the system must have a central ownership to optimize the degree of use.
Challenges such as resource shortages, lack of logistics chains and an increased increasedHot image requires a robust solution with high adaptability and flexibility.
