- The contract includes carrying out a construction and civil engineering contract within the segregated work area at Airside (the airport's authority area where, among other things, the driving of vehicles requires a driving license and access requires an authorization document (badge)) at Arlanda. The construction must be carried out where the airport's ongoing operations are taken into account. The contract will be carried out as an execution contract and the form of procurement is a general contract. The building and construction contract (general contract) includes among other: Demolition, ground and cables in the ground, ground superstructure, concrete slab, frame, glass, lift, installations. "In cases where companies applying for tenders want to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will enable this through to send the document to the tendering company on request. The document can then be filled in and attached to the tender application. The use of ESPD is voluntary."
