Total contract in collaboration as a form of work. The project will be divided into two phases, phase 1 investigation, planning system document and calculation, phase 2 construction action design, production and guarantee commitments.New bathrooms and WCs, about 80 % of the kitchens are renovated and the remaining gets brand new kitchens. Public spaces and offices are refreshed/new floor plan. New electricity is installed throughout the property according to today's standard. Balconies and balcony railings are addressed.
