- The procurement refers to a total contract of new construction of a multi -dwelling house on the property Primus. The northwestern part of Lilla Essingen, the Primus area, will be developed into new residential neighborhoods by several construction operators together with Stockholm City. The client plans to erect a multi -dwelling house onThis area, in the detailed plan called house 1.
The building will be up to 9 floors above ground, basement under part of building and fan room on roof. According to the detailed plan, there is a requirement for a thoroughfare for car traffic in the middle of the neighborhood and a collection towards the water that allows walking and bicycle traffic under the house.
