- The City of Moelndal intends to sign a framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as agreements, comprising a collaboration in high quality print production in digital printing as well as offset printing. The agreement should include printing, for example, postcards, brochures, leaflets and flyers. A web -based ordering tool is also in demand.The agreement also includes handling of peripheral services for all or part of the printing process such as printing envelopes, envelopes, addressing and distribution to specified postmiration provider in respect of mass mailings.
