SLSO is tasked with conducting operations that ensure that patients in need of advanced home health care receive these services delivered in the home. The procurement encompasses a contract to provide a care administrative system for advanced home (ASIH) healthcare within the home (ASIH)SLSO's business area. The system is delivered as a service and the supplier is given overall responsibility for the service, which includes all services, measures and resources required to provide and maintain agreed functionality over time, including but not limited to maintenance, support,system operation (including back-up and storage) as well as future adaptation and development. The service will be business -critical for the operations with high demands on accessibility, robustness and short response times. The supplier's detailed area of responsibility and system interfaces are determined in agreements. The servicewill also be established by the supplier during an introduction project.
