Description:
Ekeroe Municipality intends to procure systems for children's and student registers, school platforms and schedules.
The procurement is divided into three (3) tender areas:
1. Child and student register
2. School platform
3. Schedule
Tenderers may submit tenders to one (1), two (2) or three (3) tender areas.
The child and education administration In Ekeroe municipality, the client and recipient of the procured systems are.
Current situation
The Child and Education Administration in Ekeroe Municipality today uses the systems Edlevo, Unikum (as a subcontractor for Tieto) and Skola24.
Ekeroe Municipality estimates that approximately 700 - 800 employees use the system today.
The number Children/pupils in the municipality are today: about 900 in the municipality's preschools, about 4,000 in the municipality's primary schools and about 45 in the municipality's high school.
Time plan
Ekeroe Municipality plans to assign the procurement on November 5, 2025 and aims to have operating systems implemented and operated from. November 1, 2026.
