• The customer requests a financial system that supports the processes for debiting and accounts receivable, current accounting and cash/journal accounting, financial statements, accounts payable, plant registers and budget/forecast as well as reports. The assignment aims to procure an overall solution that is secure, efficient and flexible and that can be continuously upgraded to new versions with little input from the municipality. The customer requests a system that is delivered as a SaaS, cloud service. The overall purpose of the procurement is to obtain efficient, flexible and user-friendly IT support in order to: · obtain cost-effective IT support by simplifying routines and offering work in a modern financial system · create the conditions for a process-oriented digital way of working Identified goals of the project: Free up time for analysis, decision support and proactive work to develop the business. · Increased automation and use of workflow · Increased self-service is requested in certain parts of the system · Increased user-friendliness that provides the opportunity for self-service even for infrequent users · Increased ease of use for administrators and financial staff · Increased sense of "a system" is in demand · Increased ability to rely on the system for good internal control.
