- The aim is to sign a framework agreement for IT infrastructure and associated services for the entire Swedish Food Agency. The goal is to ensure stable, cost-effective and modern IT services with high availability and quality. Because technology, cloud services and legal requirements change over time, the agreement needs to be flexible and able to be developed throughout the entire agreement period. The Swedish Food Agency intends to enter into an agreement with a strategic partner. This means a tenderer who takes overall responsibility, contributes with advice and actively drives development and improvement of the IT environment. The partner must support the business at a strategic, tactical and operational level. Great importance is placed on the tenderer's ability to create benefits, streamline deliveries, short lead times and ensure the authority's need for IT support and IT equipment.
