- The City of Malmoe has established a UIPATH-based platform for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in order to automate business processes and streamline resource utilization. The platform is established on-premium and today includes a number of production-set automations.
To ensure continued stable Operation, development and future scalability of the platform seeks the City of Malmoe a strategic partner who, with high technical competence and a good understanding of public operations, can support the city's needs in operation, management and development of the Uipath platform.
The platform is installed on-prem in the city's data center and is managed according to Malmoe City's security requirements, architecture principles and established processes. The collaboration with the supplier will take place in collaboration with Malmoe City's Competence Center for Integration and Automation (IACC), which is responsible for governance, method support and priority within the automation area.
